The following guide describes common issues with the OnePacs Workstation.  Please note that troubleshooting steps for the OnePacs Study Retriever can be found by clicking on this link.

Verify that the system requirements are satisfied.

Please review the OnePacs Workstation system requirements and ensure that the system is compliant.

Is the OnePacs Workstation SCP Service running?

Verify that the "OnePacs Workstation SCP Service" is started (Windows Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services).  Start the service if is not running.  (Click on the service and select the "Start the service" link)

If the service will not start, verify that the C:\onepacs directory is excluded from all anti-virus products installed.  Next, re-run the installer and select the repair option.

Does the Workstation application fail to open?

Verify that the C:\onepacs directory is excluded from all anti-virus products installed.  Next, re-run the installer and select the repair option.

If the Workstation application still fails to open, the user profile may be corrupt and needs to be removed.  The directory located at %LOCALAPPDATA%\OnePacs, _LLC should be removed and the workstation restarted.

Some or all of the images cannot be viewed

This may indicate a decompression error.  Some vendors utilize non-compliant JPEG2000 compression which may cause this issue.  It is possible for the Study Retriever to attempt decompression.  Unselect "Allow uncompressed transfer syntax" for the OnePacs Workstation destination on the "Destinations" tab.

NOTE:  this will worsen performance and consume more disk space so it is recommended that this be turned off after the problematic study is stored.
The OnePacs Workstation periodically crashes

In the rare event that the application crashes.  Please contact OnePacs support and provide debug logs.
