Is the OnePacs Workstation SCP Service running?
Verify that the "OnePacs Workstation SCP Service" is started (Windows Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services). Start the service if is not running. (Click on the service and select the "Start the service" link)
If the service will not start, verify that the OnePacs working directory ("C:\onepacs" or "C:\Program Files\onepacs", by default) is excluded from all anti-virus products installed. Next, re-run the installer and select the repair option.
Does the Workstation application fail to open?
Verify that the OnePacs working directory ("C:\onepacs" or "C:\Program Files\onepacs", by default) is excluded from all anti-virus products installed. Next, re-run the installer and select the repair option.
If the Workstation application still fails to open, the user profile may be corrupt and needs to be removed. The directory located at "%LOCALAPPDATA%\OnePacs, _LLC" should be removed and the workstation restarted.
Some or all of the images cannot be viewed.
This may indicate a decompression error. Some vendors utilize non-compliant JPEG2000 compression which may cause this issue. It is possible for the Study Retriever to attempt decompression. Unselect "Allow uncompressed transfer syntax" for the OnePacs Workstation destination on the "Destinations" tab.
Prior studies are missing although they are downloaded.
Verify that the number of prior studies is not limited in Tools > Options... > Prior Studies.
The OnePacs Workstation periodically crashes.
In the rare event that the application crashes. Please contact OnePacs support and provide debug logs.
