Is the OnePacs Workstation SCP Service running?
Verify that the "OnePacs WorkstationsWorkstation SCP Service" service is running started (Windows Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services). Start the service if is not running. (Click on the service and select the "Start the service" link)
If the service will not start, verify that the C:\onepacs directory is excluded from all anti-virus products installed. Then Next, re-run the installer and select the repair option.
