Users must have the Configuration audit viewing permission |
The system keeps a record when various configuration changes are made in the system. Users that have access to the configuration item that was changed and the Configuration audit viewing permission can view the changes that occurred.
To search for a change that was made use the Admin -> Config Audit Search menu options. Enter date and other search criteria to find the audit change for particular assets.
To view changes a user made, you must have the ability to manage that user. Right click on the user and select the "Audit" menu. Next select the "Configuration changes made by this user" option.
Similar to above, to view what changes were made to the user, right click on the user and select the "Configuration changes on this user account" menu option.
When one of the above selections are made a new window will be shown showing various changes. For example, the below report shows that the user created a new ordering physician. The list is ordered by when the changes were made (most recent first) and the user may use the buttons below to go to the next results.
