After Mac OPX sunsets on June 1, 2026, Mac users must use a third-party DICOM viewer to view studies in OnePACS. OnePACS supports both Aycan and OsiriX.
Important Note: OnePACS does not distribute or license Aycan or OsiriX. Customers should work with the vendor on all third-party licensing and support needs.
To view OnePACS studies using the Aycan viewer, first ensure that the following requirements are met:
To activate Aycan, click the Activation tab in the aycan workstation Manager window. Copy the 10-character alphanumeric Hardware Key and send this key upon request to the vendor's support engineer. Enter the Activation Code provided by the vendor's support engineer into the Activation Code field and click OK.

Click the Information tab in the aycan workstation Manager window and click Start Aycan Workstation to open Aycan.
